Sending Images for Mouse Pads

If you have ordered mousepads before and are confident your image meets requirements you can click the 'Ready to Order' button now to start placing your order.
BUT.... if you have not ordered before please review the information below before sending your image for us to put on a mousepad.  If your image doesn't meet requirements then it will hold up your order.  We will have to contact you back to get a suitable image or directions on how to position the image on the mousepad.  We want you to be happy with your mousepad purchase!

1.  Mousepad Facts

A. The rectangle mousepads measure 9 1/4" x 7 3/4" tall.
B. The square pads are 7 3/4".
C. The round pads are 7 1/2".
D. The heart shape pad measures 9 1/4" x 7 3/4"
E. The oval shape pad measures 8 1/2" x 6 1/2"
F. The daisy shape pad measures 7 1/2" x 7 1/2"
G. The butterfly shape pad measures 9 3/4" x 6 1/2"
H.  All are approximately 3/16" thick.
I. They have black rubber bottoms and cloth on the top.
J. The sizes above are the only sizes we offer.  We can't take
request for special sizes or thickness.
K. The pads can be cut with a good pair of scissors after you
       receive them to resize them.

2.  Image information

A. The larger your image is the better the quality of the finished product will be.  Images 800X600 pixels or larger give the best results.
B. We can't correct fuzzy or blurry images.  If you send a blurry image, it will be blurry on the mousepad.  If you have scanned a photo and there are spots and marks on the image, we can't correct these.  They will show up on the pad when it is printed.
C. We can't cut objects out of the photos, example other people or items in the image that may obstruct the view of someone else.  If the photo you send us has a date on it, it might be possible for us to remove it.  But if not, then it will have to stay on the image.
D. If you want text on the image, it is best to let us put the text.  If you insert text yourself on the image, it may not be positioned on the image so that it will fit correctly on the pad.  The corners of the mousepads are rounded and can cause text to get cut off.  Also we have to print the image larger than the mousepads so if text is too close to the edge of the image it will get cut off.
E. If you send us an image smaller then what will fit the pad then it has to be enlarged to fit the pad.  If the image has to be enlarged it will distort the image and the quality of the image on the pad will not be as good.
F. A square image won't fit a rectangle mousepad.  We can't stretch the square image or it will make the contents out of proportion.  If you have a square image it will fit best on a round pad.
G. If you have an image in a vertical position then you need to tell us if the image should be on the pad vertically or horizontally.  Examples below of a vertical image on the rectangle pads.
We can't resize a vertical image to stretch on the rectangle pad horizontally.  It will make the image out of proportion.
A vertical image placed on a horizontal rectangle  mousepad will leave the sides white.
We can fill in the sides of the pad with a color close to a color from the image.
We can crop the image, put a border around it and place it against one of the texture backgrounds shown at this page of our site.

If you want us to crop the image and place it on a texture background, you can choose a texture from our texture pages and include this information in your order for us to use the texture, be sure to tell us the name of the texture and the color.
Or we can place the image on the pad vertically.
H. If you send us an image that is very wide but not so tall, then it will have space at the top or bottom that will need to be filled.
The same choices as described above would need to be addressed for us to be able to make your mousepad so that you will be happy with it.

I. Round and heart shape pads present similar problems.
If you send us a rectangle image and it leaves space at the top and bottom of a round pad, we need to know how you want it filled.

It is best to send a square image for the round pads.

The heart, oval & daisy shape pads will have the same problem and could have things cut off if parts of your image are too close to the edges.

If you would like to send us an image first to see if it will work on a mousepad then click this 'Sending Graphic' button.
Tell us if you want a rectangle, round or calendar pad.  Be sure to attach the image you want us to check to the email.  We will check your image and tell you if it will work.
